Terms of Service

These are the rules for using Nuqta, in plain words. When a company owner connects a company and ticks the box, they agree to these terms.

1.What the service does

Nuqta is software for small businesses in Tajikistan. An AI assistant answers a company's customers in Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram and on the company's website. It also takes bookings and appointments. In the dashboard the owner sees conversations, requests, bookings and spending. The service also includes a Publishing Studio (a plan and texts for posts) and the Nuqta Studio video editor.

2.Who can use the service

The service is for business owners and their employees. You sign in with your phone number and a code sent by SMS.

3.Free trial and payment

The first 7 days are free. Connecting is free, and there is no subscription fee.

You pay only for the work of the AI. The cost is taken from the company balance, and spending is visible in the dashboard. If the balance is zero, the AI stops answering customers until the balance is topped up.

4.The AI can make mistakes

The AI may give an inaccurate answer. The owner is responsible for the information about their business: prices, opening hours, addresses, conditions.

You can press "Reply myself" at any time and write to the customer yourself. You see all conversations in the dashboard.

5.Your messages and your customers

The company is responsible for making sure its messages are lawful. Where a customer's consent is required, the company obtains that consent itself.

6.What is not allowed

You must not:

  • send spam;
  • deceive people;
  • sell illegal goods or services;
  • break the rules of Meta, Telegram or WhatsApp.

7.Suspension

If these rules are broken, we may suspend access to the service.

8.Stopping use and deleting data

A company can stop using the service at any time and delete its data.

9.Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the AI's answers, or for failures of outside networks (Meta, Telegram, WhatsApp, the internet, SMS).

10.Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the new version will appear on this page with a new date.

11.Governing law and courts

To be clarified by a lawyer.
